From accounting and ERP software, or by upload. e-Invoices are validated against LHDN’s MyInvois records.

Fraud stops at the door

Invoice fingerprinting blocks duplicates and fakes. Purchase order and delivery matching confirms the trade.

Live cash-flow view

A dashboard and simulation show the SME what happens if it funds two invoices or a customer pays late.

Automatic reconciliation

Collections are matched to invoices and facilities automatically, under maker-checker control.

Early warnings

Smart alerts warn the SME before a shortfall. Risk grading by SME, invoice and sector supports the bank’s credit team.

The bank stays in control

Risk filters, auto-fund rules and exposure limits are set and controlled by the partner bank.

Forecast

See the next 90 days, week by week.

A rolling cash-flow forecast flags the weeks that will run tight, with a confidence level on every week, so the SME can act before a shortfall instead of after it.

Questions

CashDay, answered.

Who provides the funding?

The partner bank. It funds verified receivables and sets the credit rules. EOGSB provides the technology and carries no lending book.

Will this show up on my balance sheet?

That depends on the financing structure. Confirm the treatment with your accountant or auditor against your specific arrangement. EOGSB does not give accounting or tax advice.

How do I start as an SME?

Through a partner bank. Contact the FinTech team and we will route you to the right institution in your market.
