02Access

Why we see capacity early.

Operators need qualified, funded tenants for new halls. Under our agreements, we are on the list of parties who hear when allocation is released or space comes back, often before it is marketed.

For clients: early sight

Capacity, terms and pricing on halls that have not yet been widely marketed.

For clients: replacement space

Contiguous capacity that comes back to the operator, often with first preference.

For operators: qualified demand

Tenants who have been screened, understand density and can sign.
