Do I have to buy hardware from you to use the brokerage?
No. Much of our brokerage work is capacity placement for clients who bought their GPUs elsewhere.
Who pays EOGSB on a colocation deal?
It depends on the deal. Where we work under a Marketing Services Agreement, the operator pays our fee, and we tell you before shortlisting. Where you engage us directly, the fee is agreed in writing before we start.
Which export controls apply?
Advanced GPUs are controlled under US export rules and Malaysia’s strategic trade permit requirements. We require allocation documentation from suppliers and end-user and end-use information from buyers.
